Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone ED11] (IgG1) to Rat Reticulum cells
IHC - Frozen, ELISA
Rat Reticulum cells
Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [ED11]
IHC - Frozen (1:100 - 1:300)
Specificity and Use
Reticulum cells antibody was raised against rat spleen cell homogenate.
Recognizes reticular elements in the T cell areas and B cell follicles of spleen, lymph nodes, Peyers patches, bronchus and gut associated lymphoid tissues (BALT and GALT). In the thymus a reticular pattern is observed throughout the cortex capsule, the medulla is negative. In non-lymphoid organs positivity is seen only in reticular elements of the small intestine. No staining of liver, lung, skin, kidney, brain, pancreas or heart is seen. Biochemical analysis has revealed Recognizes complement factor C3. In vivo studies have shown that ED11 blocks immune complex trapping on follicular dendritic cells.
PBS, 0.09% sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
