Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

RASSF1 / RASSF1A antibody was raised against recombinant human RASSF1A(1-340aa) purified from E. coli.
aa1-340
The antibody has been tested by ELISA, IFA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500-1:2000.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% sodium azide
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C; Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

RASSF1 Antibody, 123F2 Antibody, RASSF1A Antibody, RDA32 Antibody, Tumor suppressor protein RDA32 Antibody, NORE2A Antibody, WUGSC:H_LUCA12.5 Antibody, REH3P21 Antibody

Potential tumor suppressor. Required for death receptor-dependent apoptosis. Mediates activation of STK3/MST2 and STK4/MST1 during Fas-induced apoptosis by preventing their dephosphorylation. When associated with MOAP1, promotes BAX conformational change and translocation to mitochondrial membranes in response to TNF and TNFSF10 stimulation. Isoform A interacts with CDC20, an activator of the anaphase-promoting complex, APC, resulting in the inhibition of APC activity and mitotic progression.

Immunocytochemistry

Immunocytochemistry
A431 cells were labeled with anti-RASSF1a(clone 3F3) mAb, and detection was using a biotinylated secondary antibody and Texas-red conj streptavidin.

Western blot

Western blot
The extracts of HEK293 (1), A549 (2) and HeLa (3)cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human RASSF1A (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a ECL detection system.
