  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About RAD17

O75943 NM_002873 NP_002864.1

RAD17 Antibody, HRAD17 Antibody, R24L Antibody, RAD1 homolog Antibody, RAD1 (S. pombe) homolog Antibody, RAD24 Antibody, Rad17-like protein Antibody, RF-C activator 1 homolog Antibody, CCYC Antibody, RAD17 homolog (S. pombe) Antibody, RAD17SP Antibody, RF-C/activator 1 homolog Antibody

RAD17 is highly similar to the gene product of Schizosaccharomyces pombe rad17, a cell cycle checkpoint gene required for cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair in response to DNA damage. This protein shares strong similarity with DNA replication factor C (RFC), and can form a complex with RFCs. This protein binds to chromatin prior to DNA damage and is phosphorylated by the checkpoint kinase ATR following damage.
