Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Mouse, Bovine, Chicken, Xenopus (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
ICC (1:100 - 1:1000), Western blot (1:500 - 1:3000)
Specificity and Use
POLR3A antibody was raised against recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 182 and 482 of POLR3A (SwissProt O14802). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Bovine (98%); Mouse, Chicken (97%); Xenopus (94%).
0.1 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.0, 10% glycerol, 0.01% Thimerosal
Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa using POLR3A antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha-tubulin antibody (Red) at 1:2000.
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A: HCT116. 5% SDS PAGE. POLR3A antibody diluted at 1:500.
