Usage

Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kD band in lysates of cell lines HeLa and Kelly after 2 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 146kD according to NP_006693.3. The 75kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
