  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

PARP2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-LDLFEVEKDGEKE from an internal region of human PARP2 (NP_005475.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset (92%); Mouse, Hamster, Panda, Dog, Bat, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit, Pig (85%).
LS-E26030 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Human PARP2.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3239 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3239 was determined to be 2.5 ug/ml.

Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide
Store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.

About PARP2

PARP2 Antibody, ADPRT2 Antibody, ADPRTL2 Antibody, ADPRTL3 Antibody, ADPRT-2 Antibody, ARTD2 Antibody, HPARP-2 Antibody, PADPRT-2 Antibody, PARP-2 Antibody, Poly(ADP-ribose) synthetase Antibody, Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 2 Antibody, Poly[ADP-ribose] synthetase 2 Antibody, Poly[ADP-ribose] synthase 2 Antibody, Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 2 Antibody

PARP2 is poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase-like 2 protein, which contains a catalytic domain and is capable of catalyzing a poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation reaction. This protein has a catalytic domain which is homologous to that of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase, but lacks an N-terminal DNA binding domain which activates the C-terminal catalytic domain of poly (ADP-ribosyl) transferase.

Anti-PARP2 antibody IHC of human skin. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3239 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Anti-PARP2 antibody IHC of human adrenal. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3239 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Antibody (1 ug/ml) staining of Human Spleen Lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
