Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Product Description

CD73 antibody LS-C107258 is an APC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human CD73 (NT5E / eNT). Validated for Flow.
About NT5E / eNT / CD73
NT5E / eNT / CD73 is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. P21589 NM_002526 NP_002517.1

Usage
This AD2 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis on activated normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 ul (0.125 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary
Storage
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.

Surface staining of 3-day CD3/CD28-activated CD4+CD25+ normal human peripheral blood cells with APC Mouse IgG1, K isotype control (left) or APC anti-human CD73 (right) followed by intracellular staining with PE anti-human Foxp3 (PCH101). Cells in the CD4+CD25+ gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
