Specificity and Use
CHO cell-derived rmCD73. (aa 29 - 549).
Recognizes mouse CD73.
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot. and Flow Cytometry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmCD73 is. ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmCD73 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry (Murine splenocytes): 25 ug/ml. Add 100 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul.

NT5E / eNT / CD73 is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
