Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA (Direct): 0.2 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml under reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 20-40 ug/ml.
