Specificity and Use

NF2 / Merlin antibody was raised against synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to human Merlin around the phosphorylation site of serine 518 (R-L-pS-M-E).
Human Merlin, phosphorylated at Ser518. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat.
