Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Rabbit (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Bat, Bovine, Guinea pig, Horse, Pig (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (0.2 - 1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
NEXN / Nexilin antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa252-301 of human NEXN (Q0ZGT2, NP_653174). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit, Platypus (100%); Galago, Bovine, Bat, Horse, Pig, Guinea pig (92%); Elephant, Panda, Dog (85%); Xenopus (84%).
Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1µg/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as second antibody. ELISA titer in peptide based assay: 1:312500.
Lyophilized from PBS with 2% sucrose
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than one week): +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
