Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot: 1:1000 Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v nonfat dry milk, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight.

10 mM HEPES-Sodium, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% Glycerol
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
