  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

NCOA3 / SRC-3 / AIB1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within human SRC3 encoded by exon 16.
Recognizes human nuclear receptor coactivator 3, also known as SRC3, NCoA3, Amplified in breast cancer 1 protein, AIB1, CBP-interacting protein, Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 42, Receptor-associated coactivator 3. Steroid receptor coactivator protein 3 or Thyroid hormone receptor activator molecule 1. SRC3 is a 1423 amino acid ~160 kD member of the steroid receptor coactivator family members which interact with nuclear receptors and enhance the transcription of target genes in a ligand-dependent manner. SRC3 has been shown to interact with several steroid receptors, such as estrogen receptor alpha and progesterone receptor. Altered expression of SRC3 has been reported in a number of cancers, including breast cancer. In addition, SRC3 interacts with IKK, suggesting that SRC3 may be involved in inflammatory and immune responses mediated by NF-kappaB.

Tris-citrate/phosphate buffer, pH 7-8, 0.09% sodium azide.

NCOA3 Antibody, ACTR Antibody, AIB1 Antibody, BHLHe42 Antibody, CAGH16 Antibody, CBP-interacting protein Antibody, CTG26 Antibody, AIB-1 Antibody, P/CIP Antibody, TNRC14 Antibody, TRAM-1 Antibody, Nuclear receptor coactivator 3 Antibody, PCIP Antibody, RAC-3 Antibody, SRC3 Antibody, TNRC16 Antibody, KAT13B Antibody, NCoA-3 Antibody, SRC-3 Antibody

Nuclear receptor coactivator that directly binds nuclear receptors and stimulates the transcriptional activities in a hormone-dependent fashion. Plays a central role in creating a multisubunit coactivator complex, which probably acts via remodeling of chromatin. Involved in the coactivation of different nuclear receptors, such as for steroids (GR and ER), retinoids (RARs and RXRs), thyroid hormone (TRs), vitamin D3 (VDR) and prostanoids (PPARs). Displays histone acetyltransferase activity.
