Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular NARG1 / NAA15 Products

Anti-NARG1 / NAA15 antibody IHC staining of human brain, cortex. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B9999 dilution 1:100.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Western blot analysis of immunized recombinant protein, using anti-NARG1 monoclonal antibody.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: Western blot, Dot Blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of NAA15 staining in human brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Western blot of NARG1 antibody
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA
Human Placenta: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE)
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation

Product Description

NAA15 antibody LS-C164746 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to human NAA15 (NARG1). Validated for WB.
About NARG1 / NAA15
Auxillary subunit of the N-terminal acetyltransferase A (NatA) complex which displays alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity. The NAT activity may be important for vascular, hematopoietic and neuronal growth and development. Required to control retinal neovascularization in adult ocular endothelial cells. In complex with XRCC6 and XRCC5 (Ku80), up-regulates transcription from the osteocalcin promoter. Q9BXJ9 AF327722 Q9BXJ9
