Chicken skeletal muscle - cell preparation.
Specificity
In addition to the intermediate filaments, the cytoskeleton contains contractile micro filaments. These proteins occur in most cell types, but more abundantly in muscle cells and myoepithelial cells. There are three types of contractile proteins: actin, myosin, and tubulin. It is not specific for alpha-cardiac myosin.
