Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MTHFD1 encodes a protein that possesses three distinct enzymatic activities, 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase, 5,10-methenyltetrahydrofolate cyclohydrolase and 10-formyltetrahydrofolate synthetase. Each of these activities catalyzes one of three sequential reactions in the interconversion of 1-carbon derivatives of tetrahydrofolate, which are substrates for methionine, thymidylate, and de novo purine syntheses.
MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human Lung carcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) for immunohistochemistry.
Confocal immunofluorescence of MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
Western blot of MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) in Y79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MTHFD1 (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
