Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunogen
MST1R / RON antibody was raised against synthetic 18 amino acid peptide from internal region of human MST1R / RON. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Marmoset (94%).
Blocking Peptide
LS-E29236 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-A7185. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Epitope
Internal
Specificity
Human MST1R / RON. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins, except FANCE (50%).
Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-A7185 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-A7185 was determined to be 3 ug/ml.

For research use only.
About MST1R / RON
Receptor tyrosine kinase that transduces signals from the extracellular matrix into the cytoplasm by binding to MST1 ligand. Regulates many physiological processes including cell survival, migration and differentiation. Ligand binding at the cell surface induces autophosphorylation of RON on its intracellular domain that provides docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. Following activation by ligand, interacts with the PI3-kinase subunit PIK3R1, PLCG1 or the adapter GAB1. Q04912 NM_002447 NP_002438.2
