Specificity and Use
MME / CD10 antibody was raised against mouse NALM-6 leukemia pre-B cell line (tissue/cell preparation).
Reacts with CD10 antigen (CALLA - Common acute lymphatic leukemia antigen), a 100 kD type II integral membrane protein.
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 20 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

MME / CD10 is a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This protein is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85% of cases of ALL. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells, however, and is found on a variety of normal tissues.
