Mitotic Cells antibody was raised against mitotic Cells.
Recognizes human and mouse mitotic cells.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Not suitable for Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-1:100 using ABC detection reagent. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
