Specificity and Use
MDM2 antibody was raised against mDM2 (NP_002383, 101 a.a. ~ 201 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. RNAi Knockdown: Antibody validated. Sandwich ELISA: Recombinant protein. Western blot using transfected cell lysates and the recombinant protein used as the immunogen.

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that mediates ubiquitination of p53/TP53, leading to its degradation by the proteasome.
