Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
LIN28A Antibody, CSDD1 Antibody, Lin-28 homolog (C. elegans) Antibody, LIN-28 Antibody, Lin-28A Antibody, LIN28 Antibody, Protein lin-28 homolog A Antibody, Lin-28 homolog A (C. elegans) Antibody, ZCCHC1 Antibody, RNA-binding protein LIN-28 Antibody
Acts as a 'translational enhancer', driving specific mRNAs to polysomes and thus increasing the efficiency of protein synthesis. Its association with the translational machinery and target mRNAs results in an increased number of initiation events per molecule of mRNA and, indirectly, in stabilizing the mRNAs. Binds IGF2 mRNA, MYOD1 mRNA, ARBP/36B4 ribosomal protein mRNA and its own mRNA.
IHC of LIN28 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using an isotype control (top) and LS-C148680 (bottom) at 5 ug/ml.
Western blot of LIN28 in human D3 cell lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide and 3) mouse NIH 3T3 cell lysate using LS-C148680 at 5 ug/ml, 5 ug/ml and 3 ug/ml respectively. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
