Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
KLK3 / PSA antibody was raised against purified human Free PSA.
Recognizes human free prostate specific antigen (PSA).
Suitable for use in ELISA: Can be used as capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for human free PSA detection in combination with a HRP-conjugated tracer antibody. Suggested Capture Coating Dose: 0.5 ug/well; Substrate: TMB. If the above suggested conditions are followed ~22pg/ml of free PSA can be detected.
0.01 M PBS, pH 7.0, 50% glycerol
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions. Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers. This gene is one of the fifteen kallikrein subfamily members located in a cluster on chromosome 19. Its protein product is a protease present in seminal plasma.
