Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IL7 antibody was raised against e. coli-expressed recombinant human IL-7.
Recognizes human Interleukin-7 (IL-7).
ELISA: Monoclonal antibody is useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-7 protein levels.1,2. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
IL7 is a cytokine important for B and T cell development. This cytokine and the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) form a heterodimer that functions as a pre-pro-B cell growth-stimulating factor. This cytokine is found to be a cofactor for V(D)J rearrangement of the T cell receptor beta (TCRB) during early T cell development. This cytokine can be produced locally by intestinal epithelial and epithelial goblet cells, and may serve as a regulatory factor for intestinal mucosal lymphocytes.
