Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:2000 - 1:10000)
ELISA (1:2000 - 1:10000)
Specificity and Use
IL23A / IL-23 p19 antibody was raised against recombinant human IL-23p19: Fc (interleukin-23p19: Fc).
Recognizes the p19 subunit of human IL-23.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA (Direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:10000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000 using ECL; suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk; suggested incubation time is 1 hour at RT.
PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
Associates with IL12B to form the IL-23 interleukin, a heterodimeric cytokine which functions in innate and adaptive immunity. IL-23 may constitute with IL-17 an acute response to infection in peripheral tissues. IL-23 binds to a heterodimeric receptor complex composed of IL12RB1 and IL23R, activates the Jak-Stat signaling cascade, stimulates memory rather than naive T-cells and promotes production of proinflammatory cytokines.
