Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone HP40, HP-40] (IgG1,k) to Human IL12B / IL12 p40
Human IL12B / IL12 p40
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [HP40, HP-40]
Specificity and Use
This HP40 (HP40, HP-40) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.06 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

IL12B / IL12 p40 is a subunit of interleukin 12, a cytokine that acts on T and natural killer cells, and has a broad array of biological activities. Interleukin 12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimer composed of the 40 kD cytokine receptor like subunit encoded by this gene, and a 35 kD subunit encoded by IL12A. This cytokine is expressed by activated macrophages that serve as an essential inducer of Th1 cells development.
Intracellular staining of Monensin stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells with FITC anti-human CD14 (61D3) (LS-C106054) and PE anti-human IL-12/23 p40. Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Intracellular staining of unstimulated normal human peripheral blood cells with FITC anti-human CD14 (61D3) (LS-C106054) and PE anti-human IL-12/23 p40. Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
