Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone JES5-2A5] (IgG1,k) to Mouse IL-10
Western blot, Sandwich ELISA
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [JES5-2A5]
Specificity and Use
IL-10 antibody was raised against e. coli-expressed recombinant mouse IL-10
In sandwich ELISA, pair with biotinylated JES5-16E3 antibody as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant mouse IL-10 as the standard. Useful in western blot in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig, under reducing conditions.
Borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added.
IL-10 is a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. This cytokine has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It down-regulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC class II Ags, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. It also enhances B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. This cytokine can block NF-kappa B activity, and is involved in the regulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway.
