Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone IIB3] (IgG2b) to Human HLA-DQ
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2b Monoclonal [IIB3]
Specificity and Use
HLA-DQ antibody was raised against hLA Class 2 Antigen DQw1.
Recognizes a polymorphic determinant on DQ-like molecules which is associated with DR1, DR2 and DRw6. Reacts with a part of the DR4, DR7, DRw8 and DRw9 positive cells. The determinant is strongly expressed on DR2, DR4 and DRw6 positive cells but only weakly on DR1 and DR7 positive cells. Reacts mainly with B-lymphocytes.
Suitable for use Immunofluorescence and Microcytotoxicity. Immunofluorescence: 1:10 diluted in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.01% sodium azide. Microcytotoxicity: 1:10 diluted in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.01% sodium azide.
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
