Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Chromatin IP. Western Blot Analysis: 1:500-1:2000 dilutions of this lot detected methylated histone H4 in acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells, but not demethylated recombinant Histone H4. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate chromatin containing trimethylhistone H4 (Lys20).
