Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
GTF2I / TFII I antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of human general transcription factor II-I encoded within exons 32 and 33 (LocusLink ID 2969).
Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse TFII-I is likely owing to complete identity between peptide used for this antibody production and mouse ortholog.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
Interacts with the basal transcription machinery by coordinating the formation of a multiprotein complex at the C-FOS promoter, and linking specific signal responsive activator complexes. Promotes the formation of stable high-order complexes of SRF and PHOX1 and interacts cooperatively with PHOX1 to promote serum-inducible transcription of a reporter gene deriven by the C-FOS serum response element (SRE).
