Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
GAPDH antibody was raised against the epitope recognized by this antibody maps to a region between residues 300 and the C-terminus (residue 335) of mouse Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase using the numbering given in entry NP_001001303.1 (GeneID 407972)
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Has both glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and nitrosylase activities, thereby playing a role in glycolysis and nuclear functions, respectively. Participates in nuclear events including transcription, RNA transport, DNA replication and apoptosis. Nuclear functions are probably due to the nitrosylase activity that mediates cysteine S-nitrosylation of nuclear target proteins such as SIRT1, HDAC2 and PRKDC. Modulates the organization and assembly of the cytoskeleton.
Anti-GAPDH antibody IHC of human skeletal muscle. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B2461 concentration 5 ug/ml. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Detection of Mouse GAPDH by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg) from mouse NIH3T3 cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GAPDH antibody used at 0.04 mcg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
