Recognizes mouse Frizzled-4. Shows no cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-1, -2, 3, -6, -7 -8 or rhFrizzled-5. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Detects Frizzled-4 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on mouse differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3. Also recognizes human Frizzled-4 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on HEK 293 cells.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 100 ug/ml. Add 10 ul to 1-2.5x10^5 cells. Total reaction volume should not exceeding 200ul. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml in 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed cells. Western Blot:1-2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
