Purified fibrinogen derived from pooled human plasma.

Prior to conjugation, the antibody was specific for fibrinogen when tested against human plasma by Coomassie Blue R stained double immunodiffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. Undesired immune reactivity has been removed by solid phase immunoadsorption.

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence (direct or indirect) and Fluorescence microscopy. 1. Incident Light Excitation. Direct Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:100. Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:400. 2. Transmitted Light Excitation. Direct Immunofluorescence: 1:5-1:40. Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:80. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
