F10 / Factor X antibody was raised against human Factor X purified from plasma.
Specificity
Affinity purified IgG was analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. Only one arc was seen with normal plasma, of identical mobility to an arc obtained with purified Factor X. No arc was seen with Factor X-deficient plasma.
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunodiffusion (vs. citrated plasma) and Immunoelectrophoresis.
