Factor X antibody LS-B4235 is an unconjugated sheep polyclonal antibody to human Factor X (F10). Validated for ELISA, ID, IE and IHC. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Specificity
Affinity purified IgG was analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. Only one arc was seen with normal plasma. No arc was seen with Factor X deficient plasma.
