Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Horse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Mouse, Rat (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
Synthetic 16 amino acid peptide from N-terminus of human ESRRB. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey, Marmoset, Horse (100%); Mouse, Rat, Elephant, Panda (94%); Dog, Pig (88%); Bat, Bovine, Rabbit (81%).
LS-E29227 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-A7129. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human ESRRB. BLAST analysis of the peptide immunogen showed no homology with other human proteins.
PBS, less than 0.1% sodium azide.
Aliquot and store undiluted at -20°C or below for up to 1 year. Can be stored undiluted at 4°C for up to 1 month. Avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Estrogen-related receptor beta (ERR beta) a NR3 Steroid Receptor, has been shown to affect early placental development. ERR beta also can act as a repressor of transcriptional activity mediated by the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). ERR beta binds as a monomer to the extended half-site TNAAGTGCA and as a homodimer to the estrogen response element (ERE), palindromic thyroid hormone response element (TRE(pal)), and SF-1 response element, but not to the glucocorticoid response element (GRE).
