Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Estrogen-related receptor beta (ERR beta) a NR3 Steroid Receptor, has been shown to affect early placental development. ERR beta also can act as a repressor of transcriptional activity mediated by the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). ERR beta binds as a monomer to the extended half-site TNAAGTGCA and as a homodimer to the estrogen response element (ERE), palindromic thyroid hormone response element (TRE(pal)), and SF-1 response element, but not to the glucocorticoid response element (GRE).
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with ESRRB Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of ESRRB Antibody in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). ESRRB (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
ESRRB Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
