Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ERCC1 functions in the nucleotide excision repair pathway, and is required for the repair of DNA lesions such as those induced by UV light or formed by electrophilic compounds including cisplatin. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with the XPF endonuclease (also known as ERCC4), and the heterodimeric endonuclease catalyzes the 5' incision in the process of excising the DNA lesion.
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded pancreas tissue using anti-ERCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded liver tissue using anti-ERCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of liver tissue using anti-ERCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-ERCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY ERCC1.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ERCC1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ERCC1.
HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY ERCC1 (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained with anti-ERCC1 mouse monoclonal, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
