Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About EPHA3 / EPH Receptor A3

P29320 NM_005233 NP_005224.2

EPHA3 Antibody, CEK4 kinase Antibody, EPH receptor A3 Antibody, Ephrin type-A receptor 3 Antibody, Eph-like tyrosine kinase 1 Antibody, ETK1 Antibody, HEK4 Antibody, EPH-like kinase 4 Antibody, HEK Antibody, Human embryo kinase 1 Antibody, MEK4 kinase Antibody, Human embryo kinase Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO4 Antibody, TYRO4 Antibody, EK4 Antibody, Eph kinase A3 Antibody, ETK Antibody

Receptor tyrosine kinase which binds promiscuously membrane-bound ephrin family ligands residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling. Highly promiscuous for ephrin-A ligands it binds preferentially EFNA5.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue reacted with EphA3 antibody (C-term ), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-EphA3 antibody in CHO cell lysate. EphA3 (arrow) was detected using purified antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of EphA3(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal EphA3 Antibody.293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the EphA3 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
