Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
EGFR antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 1165-1185 of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor).
Recognizes the C-terminus (aa 1165-1186) of human, mouse and rat EGFR.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.05 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml for AP (BCAP, NBI) (DTT), 0.1 ug/ml for (ECL). Immunoprecipitation: 1-10 ug/1E6 vanadate treated A431 cells. Positive control: H2030-03H, HepG2 Cell Lysate, Untreated.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09% sodium azide, PEG, sucrose.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Receptor tyrosine kinase binding ligands of the EGF family and activating several signaling cascades to convert extracellular cues into appropriate cellular responses. Known ligands include EGF, TGFA/TGF-alpha, amphiregulin, epigen/EPGN, BTC/betacellulin, epiregulin/EREG and HBEGF/heparin-binding EGF. Ligand binding triggers receptor homo- and/or heterodimerization and autophosphorylation on key cytoplasmic residues.
