  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

DFFB antibody was raised against synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 208 of mouse DFF40.
The antibody detects a 43 kD DFF40/CAD of human, mouse and rat origins. Mouse kidney tissue lysate can be used as a positive control.

PBS, pH 7.2, 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% Thimerosal.
Long term: -70°C; Short term: -20°C

About DFFB

DFFB Antibody, Caspase-activated nuclease Antibody, DFF-40 Antibody, DFF40 Antibody, Caspase-activated DNase Antibody, CPAN Antibody, DFF2 Antibody

Apoptosis is related to many diseases and induced by a family of cell death receptors and their ligands. Cell death signals are transduced by death domain containing adapter molecules and members of the caspase family of proteases. These death signals finally cause the degradation of chromosomal DNA by activated DNase. A mouse DNase that causes DNA fragmentation was identified recently and designated CAD (for caspase activated deoxyribonuclease).
