Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CXCR3 antibody was raised against human CXCR3 transfected NSO mouse myeloma cells.
This product reacts with CXCR3 transfected cells and not with the parent cell line by flow cytometry. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity with human CXCR1, CXCR2 and CXCR4. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with Human.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.2.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.

About CXCR3

CXCR3 Antibody, C-x-c chemokine receptor 3 Antibody, CD183 antigen Antibody, CKR-L2 Antibody, CXCR-3 Antibody, CMKAR3 Antibody, CD182 Antibody, CD183 Antibody, Cxcr3a Antibody, GPR9 Antibody, IP-10 receptor Antibody, IP10-R Antibody, Mig receptor Antibody, MigR Antibody, Mig-R Antibody, Chemokine (C-X-C) receptor 3 Antibody, CXC-R3 Antibody, Cxcr3b Antibody, G protein-coupled receptor 9 Antibody, IP10 receptor Antibody

CXCR3 is a G protein-coupled receptor with selectivity for three chemokines, termed CXCL9/Mig (monokine induced by interferon-g), CXCL10/IP10 (interferon-g-inducible 10 kDa protein) and CXCL11/I-TAC (interferon-inducible T cell a-chemoattractant). Binding of chemokines to this protein induces cellular responses that are involved in leukocyte traffic, most notably integrin activation, cytoskeletal changes and chemotactic migration.
