Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
CX3CR1 antibody was raised against recombinant human CX3CR1 extracellular domain (E. coli).
Recognizes human CX3CR1.
Suitable for Flow Cytometry. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Liquid in saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
CX3CR1 a Chemokine Receptor is an HIV coreceptor, as well as a leukocyte chemotactic/adhesion receptor for fractalkine, also known as neurotactin. CX3CR1 mediates chemotactic responses to the soluble form of fractalkine in neutrophils and T cells, and cytoadhesion to cells expressing membrane-anchored fractalkine, such as monocytes, T cells, and neutrophils.
