Specificity and Use
CHRM2 / M2 antibody was raised against peptide analog of the carboxyl terminal of the M2 receptor covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Recognizes M2 Receptor (457-466) and the reactivity of M2 Receptor is 80%. Does not react to M1 Receptor, M3 Receptor, M4 Receptor and M5 Receptor. Has been found to stain specifically the M2 receptor in Western immunoblots of whole rat brain homogenates.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
