Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
CDCA1 / NUF2 is a protein that is highly similar to yeast Nuf2, a component of a conserved protein complex associated with the centromere. Yeast Nuf2 disappears from the centromere during meiotic prophase when centromeres lose their connection to the spindle pole body, and plays a regulatory role in chromosome segregation. The encoded protein is found to be associated with centromeres of mitotic HeLa cells, which suggests that this protein is a functional homolog of yeast Nuf2.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed U2OS using CDCA1 antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha-tubulin antibody (Red) at 1:2000.
Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate). A: HeLa, B: HeLa nucleus. 10% SDS PAGE. CDCA1 / NUF2 antibody diluted at 1:5000.
