Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CD7 antibody was raised against human CD7
This 124-1D1 (124-1D1) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 ul (0.125 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide, BSA and/or gelatin
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

CD7 is a transmembrane protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is found on thymocytes and mature T cells. It plays an essential role in T-cell interactions and also in T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with APC anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) (LS-C107411) and PE Anti-human CD7 (124-1D1). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
