Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone MK13A4] (IgG1) to Human CD40L
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [MK13A4]
Specificity and Use
CD40L antibody was raised against human CD154.
Recognizes human CD154 at ~32kD. Expressed on activated T lymphocytes, predominantly CD4+ve cells and also on some basophils and mast cells.
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 10 ul labels of a neat-1:20 working dilution to 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Tris, 0.09% sodium azide, 1% BSA
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light.
TNFSF5 is expressed on the surface of T cells. It regulates B cell function by engaging CD40 on the B cell surface. A defect in this gene results in inability of immunoglobulin class switch and is associated with hyper IgM syndrome.
