Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 1F12] (IgG1) to Human CD40
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Human CD40
IHC - Frozen, Flow Cytometry
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
CD40 antibody was raised against murine L cells transfectants expressing human CD40.
Recognizes the CD40 molecule of about 44kD.
Binding of cross linked antibody will partially activate B cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
CD40 Antibody, B-cell surface antigen CD40 Antibody, B cell-associated molecule Antibody, B cell surface antigen CD40 Antibody, CD40 antigen Antibody, CD40 type II isoform Antibody, p50 Antibody, Bp50 Antibody, CD40L receptor Antibody, CDW40 Antibody, TNFRSF5 Antibody
CD40 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. The encoded protein is a receptor on antigen-presenting cells of the immune system and is essential for mediating a broad variety of immune and inflammatory responses including T cell-dependent immunoglobulin class switching, memory B cell development, and germinal center formation.
