Specificity
Recognizes CD3, a 19kD cell surface protein which is expressed on >95% of circulating human peripheral blood T-cells. Species cross-reactivity: Clone is reported to cross-react with chimpanzee.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
