Rhesus monkey peripheral blood leukocytes.

Recognizes rhesus monkey RhT3 antigen (homologue of the human CD3 antigen) with a molecular mass of 20-25kD. Reacts with CD3 from Macaca mulatta (rhesus monkey), Macaca arctoides (stumptail monkey), Macaca fascicularis (cynomolgus monkey), Cercocebus atys (sooty mangabey), Cercopithecus aethiops (African green monkey), and Papio anubis (baboon). This antibody does not react with Callithrix jacobus (marmoset), nor does this antibody react with any of the Hominoidea tested (human, chimpanzee, gorilla, and orangutan).

• Flow Cytometry

Suitable for use in flow cytometry. Use 50 ul of the working dilution to label 1E6 cells (PBMCs). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized, PBS, 1% BSA, 125mM trehalose. Reconstitute with 500 µl sterile ddH2O.

Reconstitute in ddH2O

For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
