Specificity
Recognizes a surface protein of peripheral blood T cells of molecular weight 19kD. As a pan T cell marker this antibody is present on more than 95% of circulating human peripheral T cells. Species cross-reactivity: Cynomolgus monkey, Chimpanzee.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: Neat; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
